tests that checks accuracy of parsed forms against selected ground truth #13

The tests are an effective check that the code runs without error, but we need to run broader checks that the numbers retrieved are accurate. The 'ground truth' data is in csv format, but note that we should be able to check structured json against it as well.

First step: export the checked .csvs for checking--needs to be done by Jacob.
