Publish all packages under @js-data team/scope

All current npm packages will remain published as is. All new v4 and up compatible packages will be published under @js-data

Packages

js-data = @js-data/core

js-data-http-adapter = @js-data/http-adapter

js-data-mongo-adapter = @js-data/mongo-adapter

etc.

It's important to document the npm package changes in each repositories README as well as linking back to a README on the js-data docs site that outlines and explains all the package names, the previous npm package name versions and why they were changed.
