Media for items?

There's no Media RSS tags inside Item, could this functionality be added, or there are any way I can add customize objects in item? thanks.

It's been almost a year since the last comment, but I'd also like to have the option to add a media tag or the option to add a custom tag.

Wanted to bump this conversation we the site I'm working on also currently needs support for the https://www.rssboard.org/media-rss namespace. We cannot currently use this package due to lack of support for adding custom namespaces.

This older package is the one we are currently using and allows for custom namespaces passed as an array into the Feed when initialized: https://github.com/dylang/node-rss/blob/5f4902df672e2f747f7d08933023c4333fd55565/lib/index.js#L121.
