Caching not working on iOS #19

This does not seem to be true across all mobile devices as it still caches on Dr. Osgood's Android tablet. As well, other sites such as the Google IO 2015 still cache on iOS, although I'm not sure if they're using platinum-sw or have implemented caching themselves.
