Some sort of panel which can be used to track certain information about the model would be very helpful. The only use case currently specified is to compare the euclidean distance of two nodes to the shortest path distance between two vertexes.

It might be nice to add support for exporting data. Tab delimited text files would probably be good enough, since that can be loaded into excel easily.
