This reverts commit 9b389f1. Pushing it like this didn't affect the matomo configuration.

Hi @SassNinja, thanks for the contribution. Could you include a link to the Matomo documentation that shows we can use these custom fields? I couldn't find it unfortunately... |

This PR makes it possible to pass all data that matomo already supports.
In particular the callback is super important if you need to wait for matomo.
