As a reminder to myself.

Change the header image logic, so that a default image is provided (the current public/images/header.png renamed as e.g. header.default.png), but if a header.png is provided, then it takes priority.
Reduce cache value from 1 year to 30 days (or any other appropriate value), the idea being to allow for a slightly better reaction if an error has been made. Or rethink that cache idea altogether.
Update README documentation

Will probably wait webtrees 2.2 to implement/distribute.
