RTL: Display issue with large blocks on home page / my page #49

For RTL languages, large blocks are not displayed correctly:

46px padding on the right
no spiral image visible

Either the 46px margin needs to be on the left (and the spiral image is displayed),or the image needs to be on the right and reversed
