Describe the bug
Requesting an epic number that doesn't exist results in a blank page - no error message.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to url/epics?id=XYZ
See "XYZ" with nothing else on the page - no error message

Expected behavior
Display the error message "Epic XYZ not found"
