Flatpak error message: "Faild to load module "xapp-gtk3-module"

I'm using Debian Testing (Bullseye). I'm running LXDE aka Openbox as window manager.

I've got the modules installed:

$ locate xapp-gtk3-module
/etc/X11/Xsession.d/80xapp-gtk3-module
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gtk-3.0/modules/libxapp-gtk3-module.so

But get the error message

Failed to load module "xapp-gtk3-module"

This may be a flatpak issue, or some module versioning issue. Other's have this error message with different setups. This is not a stopping issue.
