Feature request: support for copy to clipboard for code blocks

Looks like github has recently added a nice 'copy to clipboard' button for every code block rendered from a markdown. Without knowing a lot about how this is implemented or if it is easy/hard for grip to do, it would be awesome if this could be incorporated into the grip output as well.
