[BUG] FTP error when closing 3ds

Description of the error

When closing the screen with the FTP server started, the ftp server stops working.
In addition to this, when you open the screen, you will only see the two black screens.
I have tried pressing several buttons but the screens do not light up in any case.

My device information

Nintendo 3ds old
fw: Luma v10.2 (Latest version)

How to reproduce the error?

1 - Start the FTP server
2 - Close 3ds with FTP enabled
3 - Both screens are black, you will not be able to see anything, also the ftp stops working
