Delete chapters read during sync

Describe your suggested feature

When a sync is ran and a chapter is marked as read during that sync, if it was downloaded, it should follow the same rules for deleting it as if I had read it locally.

Currently when I read a bunch on my tablet then switch to my phone I end up with a bunch of read but still downloaded chapters that I have to manually clean up. They should be deleted following the same rules as if I had read them locally.

Similarly if sync adds chapters to my library it should download them if I have "download new chapters" enabled
