Option to disable automatic feed updates

Describe your suggested feature

Whenever we open a manga from the feed then closes it and go back to feed again, the feed automatically updates my added sources to check for latest updates. It would be helpful if we are provided with a new option to disable the automatic update in the feed, only the pull to update should be enabled but don't disable the automatic update when opening feed for the first time.
