Unless I select the random button on the bottom right corner (on Android), I can't queue the whole song library.

There appears to be no settings to change that.

It's different from when song is played from playlist, where the whole playlist is queued

The problem always is dealing with very large libraries. We could load the entire library, but that might be 100 songs, or it might be 100,000 songs. And if we just load a part of the library, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense when switching to shuffle.

The beta version (which you can already try out!) works around this by starting an Instant Mix for the selected song instead (with 250 songs by default), and if you are in offline mode it will actually queue up the entire downloaded library, just like you want.
