[agents win32] SuperNET install does not pass args to agent

I am using run.bat with %* to pass args. But do not see any args coming in.

plz post exact commandline to reproduce the problem

SuperNET install {"path":"run.bat","daemonize":1}

and print passed args from run.bat

does it work from SuperNET commandline?

SuperNET install {"path":"run.bat","daemonize":1} is executed from commandline.
The bug is only for win32 build of supernet.
