Timeout and parallel processing

Previously I had thought that I had modSearch working through the methods passed to it from the user with a timer to allow long-running models to be skipped and the function to move on to the next model.

This does not work if the user is running the model in parallel because of limitation in the way evalWithTimeout currently works -- and the massive platform differences.

Not sure how to resolve this just yet!
