No video or Audio but people can join #1628

I see you haven't set JVB_ADVERTISED_IPS, you likely should. Also, please share the browser console logs. |
I did set JVB_ADVERTISE_IPS and still no video. How do I copy browser logs to the console to send here? |
@symgryph: Have you tried setting JVB_ADVERTISE_IPS to your public IP only? |

I noticed this can happen for one more reason. Try a different 3rd person to join, from a different device and different network altogether and see if this happens again. We've had this same issue and realized it was a particular device that was causing it. Late on I tested Whatsapp on that device and it had issues making WhatsApp video calls as well. |

I used to have a working setup, but since my upgrade, I can't get video or audio or sharing to work. My server has proper internet connectivity, and no firewall (other than that which ships with jitsi).
Here is my .env file (scrubbed)
Running with latest docker, again the setup USED to work until I upgraded. I do a 'docker-compose up" and havent' modified the docker-compose file except for:
Any idea why I can't get video. I do occasionally get the message "the video server bridge has disconnected".
