Do I need to do more than add a LICENSE file to the project root dev folder? scottmarlow@5cecd15 shows the addition of the LICENSE file.

Please note that some files are licensed under ASL 2.0 and some under LGPL (v2.1 or later). Adding two license files and a notice about it would be awesome.

I'm ready to completely switch to ASL 2.0 (finished getting permission), I'll do that instead. :)
