Strange artifacts in final results.

I trained and finetuned the model on x-ray images and noticed strange artifacts. I first noticed them when I implemented a custom masking mode. But after training and finetuning the model on the random strokes masking techniques the artifacts still occur. My target size is 224 by 224 and I trained the model for 200k train and 50k finetuning iterations. Below are some examples:

What are the reasons how this can occur and does anyone have a fix for this?
