I am considering to build a Julia interface to the REST api.

As discussed at the last demo meeting, in a few days we'll be deploying an updated version of the Boss that contains major API changes, so I would recommend waiting until that occurs. The docs site will be updated to reflect changes, and we'll begin loading waypoint data into the Boss as well, which can be made available to you for testing. We'll notify teams by email once the update has been deployed.
