exporting graph with clusters shown in different color as DOT Format in jgrapht

Issue
Greetings everyone,
I am new to jGrapht and currently unable to figureout solution to my need.
Actually, I want to export a graph in DOT format and the graph is supposed to possess grouping (clusters) of nodes. Finally, i want to visualize this exported DOT format with different color.

Any quick help is highly appreciated.
