[Feature request] Change the fill pattern when NOT using the Sketch style

When the Sketch style is not selected, one cannot change the properties for the fill pattern (density, angle...). This is a problem, since the Sketch style fill pattern is unprofessional, with the pattern going outside the border of the object (Figure 1 and 2)! For my needs I must change the density pattern which for objects with Sketch style disabled is not currently possible. Figure 3 shows this issue (left object Sketch style off with Hatch, right object Sketch on with Hachure), the fill pattern density in the left object changes depending on the zoom.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the options to change the density, angle... of the fill pattern in objects where the Sketch style is not enabled.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative as previously mentioned is to use the Sketch style, but with the previously described problem of the pattern going outside the border.

Additional context
The feature to add the Hatch fill without the Sketch enabled was added thanks to the request made in #753 . There was since an another request similar to mine but with very few details in #3201 , which was closed due to inactivity.
On the drawio website there is an explanation of how to change the fill pattern with Sketch style (https://www.drawio.com/doc/faq/sketch-style-fill-patterns), would like the same for non Sketch style objects.
