It seems like there is a problem syncing from backbone's preflighted requests According to mozilla the server should return multiple responses.. HTTP/1.1 200 OK, POST, and HTTP/1.1 200 OK. But I'm only getting the first HTTP/1.1 200 OK. My guess is this is related to #223
