Jenkins and plugins versions report

Environment

What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

Jenkins server is ubuntu 20.04 and Target server is RHEL 9

Reproduction steps

The job is to send a the new version of a git repo to an nfs server after it gets a push trigger by the webhook

Expected Results

When you test connection it should give Success as result

Actual Results

jenkins.plugins.publish_over.BapPublisherException: Failed to connect and initialize SSH connection. Message: [Failed to connect session for config [ec2-user@privarte ip addr]. Message [Auth fail]]

Anything else?

I cannot modify SSH configuration on the remote server...is this is issue going to be fixed in the next release? if so, when is it planned?

I am having issues using the "publish over ssh plugin". It throws error when trying to store artifact to my NFS server through ssh.
