Add new spot for provision type

What feature do you want to see added?

Google added a new type of machine called 'spot', this type is like a preemptible type but the biggest difference is this type of machine is not stopped within 24 hours, in fact it can be lives days and even weeks.

At the moment it should solve another problem of a pipeline running for more than 24 hours and they died in the middle of the job because the slaves of preemptible kind were stopped.

'SPOT' provision type is still not supported by the plugin. I even cannot pick a template that specify this provision type for the machines.

Sorry, actually the problem for not seeing the template in the list was this param "--instance-template-region=europe...". The plugin lists only the "global" templates.
