Not work github apps in Github enterprise server #1423

If githubApp.enabled = true, GIT_TOKEN is not set by "https://github.com/jenkins-x/lighthouse/blob/v1.5.10/charts/lighthouse/templates/keeper-deployment.yaml#L64"

Nevertheless, an error occurs when the token is validated at "https://github.com/jenkins-x/lighthouse/blob/v1.5.10/cmd/keeper/main.go#L134".

Even if you proceed by setting GIT_TOKEN arbitrarily, set "https://github.com" as a constant in "https://github.com/jenkins-x/lighthouse/blob/v1.5.10/pkg/keeper/githubapp/github_app_ctrl.go#L45" , so you can't use it on github enterprise.

Help us make github apps available on github enterprise.
