Gitlab Repository.List function does not follow the interface #361

The Gitlab Repository.List implementation includes organizational repositories. This doesn't feel like the intended use of this method if compared with the github implementation. I feel like it should be moved to ListOrganization perhaps?

Or the github Repository.List should be Repository.UserList
