Report a tag error

I'm a Chinese user of this theme. I find a problem that when using full-width punctuaction (：) in tag the url automaticly turned the tag to half-width puntuaction (:) . So it occured the 404 not found problem. This is some snapshot below:

when change it to "full-width" punctuation, it works well:

perhaps that's because some escape in linking ？
