Not working in _includes

I suspect this is not a Jekyll Spaceship bug, but rather a Jekyll bug... and yet: I'd like to board the Spaceship and can't!

When I create a Spaceship-enhanced-table in a Jekyll page file, it's all fine and dandy. When I create a Spaceship-enhanced-table in an included file, the Spaceship things get ignored.

Thanks for your issue, and your issue is related to #62, and I am thinking a workaround for the issue.
