Integrity check failed - never happened to me before!

Hello,
I'm using the same encrypted file for years with the same password, and now when I want to decrypt it (using the same password) , it gives me the error "Integrity check failed", and can't decrypt the contents of the file anymore. Never had a problem for years till today.

I'm using version 1.0.1.5 of the library, and here's the header of the file:
