What does integrity Check Failed mean?

I am using default settings. It's been fine for years. I am using version 1.0.1.5. Version has not changed. I checked the version. Here is the header.

I checked the settings in the plugin. They are the same. In any case, I use default.

Since you have to type in pw twice. I am using the same password for years.

Just need to know what this error means.

arg, this sucks of course. to be honest the error messages in 1015 are not very specific. can you post the header?

I removed all the <> because it made the text disappear.
