Great work - a few things I noted

Love this! A couple of things I noted in a single issue:

1. go get is deprecated. As someone with zero prior experience with Go, I found this guide helpful in trying to figure out how to actually build and install pb.
2. Support for inline math could be improved (it seems to work partially, but things like sums and exponents look weird).
3. Unfortunately my Julia lang code blocks still lack syntax highlighting even though it's supposed to be supported by Pygments.

Anyway, really great work and would love to see this develop!

Having looked at this more closely yesterday, I realised that point 2 is just tied to the limitations of unicode. Regarding point 3, minimalist syntax highlighting is in fact working also for Julia. I'll still leave this open for now, since I think point 1 might be useful for others with no prior experience with Go.
