Proper versioning on Docker Hub #8

Would be awesome to use proper versioning for the image published on Docker Hub instead of overwriting existing tags only.

E.g. there could be a tag based on the java patch level and then a major version tag on the latest one. E.g. 8_8u152 and 8 a link to it.

Especially that current tag introduced an upgrade to RH 7.4 with interesting side effects: Crash of some java code due to a regression with fonts: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1479563

seems kinda moot. it's not like jboss are actually releasing patch updates to their public docker repository, plenty of security issues that make the older builds sketchy though.
