Investigate simplifying the process of getting the latest install and example files #250

Currently users need to download the tar.gz packages of the most recent release to obtain the latest install and example files. Upstream Strimzi uses Netify which makes it very easy for users and CI/CD systems to get these files. This issue is for investigating ways that we can do this for the install and example files of this repo.

UPDATE: Cannot use Netlify due to issues with legal. Maybe there is another way to accomplish this with internal Red Hat services
