WB Runner - can't expand windows vertically

Hi John,

So testing the latest WB Runner release. The new interface looks really nice and shiny, bit I noticed that while I can expand each tool's window (dialog?) horizontally, I can't do it vertically, so it's a bit hard to see the whole output messages.

Very low priority, of course.

I just noticed the same thing. It occurs on MacOS and Linux as well.
