This is basically easy (the textwrap does a good job in this), for one exception: Links. Both Markdown and Org hide the URL and display only the title, which makes harder to properly wrap, in the way that the wrapper must ignore the URL part and maybe wrap the title -- although org doesn't like with you do that.

So, finding a good heuristic for wrapping is the issue here.
