Readers of the paper may unintentionally access old code in the master branch #257

In the published paper https://arxiv.org/abs/1912.04232, links to colab notebooks point to the master branch (e.g. https://colab.research.google.com/github/google/jax-md/blob/master/notebooks/neural_networks.ipynb). I understand, including a reason, now the main is the default branch instead of master. But the problem is that the master still exists without being updated, which causes the readers of the paper may encounter problems that happen only with older code (e.g. jax.api.* -> jax.* changes ... master branch vs the latest code today).

As links in the paper cannot be changed (as far as I know), it would be nice if the administrator can configure GitHub so that accesses on the master branch are redirected to the latest code.
