Dear SPOT-RNA developers,

It would be nice if you can provide a page for output files. For example, what are the column names of .ct files? Could you also provide Dot-Bracket Files? What do the green and blue lines mean in the radiate.png file? Also, --motif True didn't generate any additional files.
