python2-scapy as pkg dependency #77

I installed python2-idstools and tried to run idstools-eve2pcap. I received the following error:

ERROR: Scapy is required for payload conversion.

I installed scapy, but the default scapy package on CentOS 7.7 is now python36-scapy. I installed python2-scapy and it worked.
