Integrating facets into Jamovi #1195
Comments
yeah, i'd be interested in diving into this project a bit more ... we share a reasonable amount of concepts. it looks as though they only support chrome at the moment, which is a bit of a deal-breaker for us. |
It works with Firefox as well if not better for me.

could you perhaps clarify what the situation is? at the bottom of their readme they say they only support chrome: https://github.com/PAIR-code/facets#known-issues with thanks |
Firefox is perfectly fine, I've updated it on the issue: I've only tried Firefox and Chrome on Windows, but I wonder if there are more platforms/browsers worth trying. Would Jamovi lift the browser capabilities for whichever computer is this running on? |
Anything else I can do/test around this ticket? Thanks, |
I am a big fan of Jamovi and Facets (https://pair-code.github.io/facets/) and would love to see both integrated. Facets seems to be a javascript library so maybe Jamovi could integrate it as one of the modules, so one benefits from all the statistical analysis but also the filtering abilities of Jamovi and the visualization of Facets.
Thanks in advance
