Also in your base box there is not ansible installed so how can he run ansible-galaxy commands

Hi, sorry it should be mentioned in the README.md. At the top of the Vagrantfile it mentions that there is a requirement on https://github.com/phinze/vagrant-host-shell

Also the Ansible provisioning is from the Host not local on the machine. https://www.vagrantup.com/docs/provisioning/ansible.html

I'll update the README
