Arrange selected nodes/node groups individually #436

Would it be possible to arrange the selected nodes only? Right now in a single graph I have groups of nodes and when I arrange them, they all mix together. I'd love to be able to arrange only the selected nodes, or if that's not possible, then to arrange within the already existing node groups.
