thanks for such an amazing python package!

a small advice:
in many cases the extension file contains the most important informations, could you add the option for us to download the extension file?

Thanks for using the package @tsauliu :).

This is closely related to my comment here: #41 (comment). Sadly the EDGAR Search API does not provide download links for documents beyond the full text submission and filing details, so I will need to resort back to a fragile scraping approach in combination with the API to accomplish this. I do think it is worth it though, so I will look into it going forward!

I think you dont have to scape these extension files.

these extenstion file have the fixed structure，for example:

extension file: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1754581/000110465920061090/a20-19544_1ex99d1.htm
orginal 6k file: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1754581/000110465920061090/a20-19544_16k.htm

i think you just have to replace 6k with ex99d1 then you got the html url
