Hi,

I'm using cquery from master branch with vim-lsp for C++ project, with compilation database generated using cmake on Ubuntu 18.04.

I'm unable to use cquery with vim-lsp, looking at vim-lsp logs. I see this error - "Failed to normalize /include"

Also, running cquery --check util/example.cpp shows the same error.
