Ability to see draft pages in local preview

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I often have to toggle draft on/off when I want to test it locally. I'm not ready to publish the file, but I want to be able to see how it renders while I'm working on it.

Describe the solution you'd like
A command-line option to npx build that would allow me to enable draft, or possibly a localhost-specific config file where I can disable that plugin.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not using the draft feature at all.
