Notes are not shown as linked, i.e., showing as error 404

I have a few notes that are shown as linking together despite Obsidian showing them as such.

These two notes were supposed to be connected
https://humberto.stein-shiromoto.net/ml.md/Permanent/Accumulation-Points-and-Closed-Sets
https://humberto.stein-shiromoto.net/ml.md/Permanent/Accumulation-Point

But Accumulation point note is shown as 404 error, when seeing from the Accumulation-Points-and-Closed-Sets note.
