Add more spacing between Recent Note list items

Describe the bug
There isn't any space right now between list items in Recent Notes and it gets a bit too tight when you have posts with a lot of tags being shown in between.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add Recent Notes plugin to your Quartz project
2. Create some notes with a lot of tags such that it wraps to next line
3. Observe the appearance

Expected behavior
There should be bit more spacing between the items.
