Problem:

We do not have any back-end development tools

Solution:

Install back-end development tools.

DbVisualizer > Replace it for Workbench
NeatBeans
NeatBeans Drupal Plugins
Xdebug debugger
Coder (Using coder.module to auto-format your code with drush)
XHProf Code Profiler

I'm replacing DBVisualizer for MySQL Workbench. Added in this commit 9c20cbd .
