Option to modify URLs for generated HTML

It might be nice if there were an option accepting a function to modify URLs for the generated HTML. This would enable, among other things, appending cache busting query parameters per #80. It could also allow changing paths with some logic, e.g. sorting files by pointing images to a subdirectory while keeping files like manifest.json at the root of the site.
